What You'll Do Inside:

Tired of piecing together random tips from strangers on social media or falling into overwhelming Google rabbit holes?

 You deserve clear, trustworthy guidance.

Hi there,

I'm Gina,

I help women and AFAB people release pelvic tension and pain to improve their sex life and daily joy. This includes helping people like you tackle pain with intercourse.

I'm a trauma-informed pelvic floor therapist, certified sexuality OT, and have a certificate in pelvic sex counseling.

I know having pain during sex can literally be a pain in the vag. There can be different reasons why you're experiencing pain and there are different layers to help address it. I'm here to help you address it one layer at a time.

I am also a certified clinical trauma specialist and I know how trauma can impact the body.

Finding the right kind of support that is trustable, safe, easy to follow, and actually works, can be hard and overwhelming.

Let's start simple.

This starter guide is here to help you get kickstarted in understanding your body and reducing that pesky pain.

What would change for you if you felt confident that pain wasn't going to interrupt your sex life? How would it change your quality of life? Your relationship to yourself? Your connection with partners?

Sound like a sex life you want to have?

Let's start making that a reality. ⬇
